What’s an NSF fee?

A non-sufficient funds (NSF), is a bank error code for sending money via ACH, when there isn’t enough money in your account. When a payment is sent without funds to cover the payment a charge is created referred to as an NSF Fee.

The Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) fee of $15 and will be added to Tenant’s outstanding balance for each failed occurrence.

Please Note: The $15 NSF fee is charged by TenantCloud for the returned payment. This invoice will only show on your account and is not payable to the landlord and will be paid to TenantCloud directly.
