If you forget the password for your account, don't worry. You can easily restore it.
Choose the Log in with Email option. Press the "Forgot password?" button located below the email and password fields:
Enter the email address associated with your account:
We'll email you the confirmation code to reset your password. Please check your mailbox. Copy and paste the code to your browser window or follow the link by clicking on "confirm password change":
Note! Validity of the confirmation code sent to verify the account during registration is now limited to 5 minutes. If you click the Resend Code button within those 5 minutes, you will receive a new email but with the same code.
Ensure you have access to the email address associated with your TenantCloud account. Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the password reset email.

Your password must be at least 8 characters long. It must contain at least 1 number and both upper and lowercase letters.
