How do I track Inspections?
To track inspections in the system, open the Portfolio → “Inspections“ page from the left-side menu of the Dashboard.
Inspections are separated by status:
Pending
Ready
Expired
Pending
This status indicates that an inspection was requested. The inspection form was sent to the tenant, who can then enter the property condition details and sign the form. You can review the requested form, edit tenant details, and change the expiration date. You can also delete the inspection if it’s no longer needed or was created by mistake.
Ready
Once the tenant completes and signs the inspection form, the Inspection status is updated to Ready. You can view the form details and print the report at any time.
Expired
This status indicates that a tenant did not fill out the inspection form before the expiration date. The expired inspection can be removed from the tenant’s profile.
Using the available filters, you can easily navigate through each inspection. Just select the status and type of inspection you’d like to see.
