How do I pay rent online?

In order to pay rent online, you must first log in to your account:

Next, go to the "Dashboard"  from the left menu. You will see your outstanding balance. Click on the "Pay online" button:

Please note!
In order to pay rent online, you must be connected to your landlord and have a shared, active lease. Please contact your landlord regarding this issue if you do not see your rental.

You can also pay rent online directly from the "Rent" page in the left menu. Check the invoices you would like to pay and click the "Pay online" button on the right side of the page:

You will be redirected to the Checkout page. Please review the selected transactions below and press the "Checkout" button. Select the payment method: it can be a payment with a credit/debit card or a bank transfer.

1. Bank transfer (ACH):

You may choose “Pay with saved method” or “Pay without saving the payment method”. If you selected “Pay with saved method” and a bank account is already added, you’ll be able to select it from the drop-down list of payment options. If a bank account is not added, please click on the Add bank account. 

If you selected “Pay without saving the payment method”, you will need to click on the “Submit payment” button and enter your bank account information.

Please note!
A bank transaction usually takes up to 5-7 business days to complete via the Automated Clearing House network (ACH) used by banks to transfer funds. Transfers take longer to complete if they are over a weekend or holiday.

A convenience fee per transaction is applied.

2. Credit payment (payment with credit or debit card):

Fill in your card number, expiration date, CVC, address, first name, last name, enable the toggle button if you’d like to save the card and click “Sumbit payment”.


Once the card is saved, you'll be able to use saved card information for the next payments.
