To save the changes, click "Update" and the “Well done” pop-up will be shown where you can request an agreement to be signed or upload the already signed one.

You can also request Renters insurance from the Insurance section and request the lease agreement for e-signature right on the Lease Agreement section.
The tenant who has just been added to the lease will receive a notification that the lease has been shared.
Please note!
- Once you have added a new tenant to the lease and your tenants pay individually, make sure that split rent amounts are divided with the tenant's exact portion. Each tenant will only see the invoice with their portion of the payment and will be responsible for paying it;
- The updated rent and other recurring invoices will be posted to all your tenant's accounting page with the rent invoice's next publish date;
- Previous lease invoices are not visible to the new tenant.
