How do I set up pre-approve settings?

Rental application pre-approval settings allow potential tenants to submit the rental application before paying the required application fee, with the option to pay it later on the Landlord's/Property Manager request.

To set up pre-approval settings, click on the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page, which will take you to the main Settings menu. Select “Rental Application settings” and enable "I want to receive rental applications online" and "I want to receive rental application fees online."

Next, check the box in front of "I want to invoice the application fee after accepting the application" to require payment of the fee after the application has been reviewed and accepted. 

Please, do not forget to press "Update".
