To archive a separate unit in the property, open the Portfolio page from the Property Operations left-side menu and switch to the Units tab and click "View unit" on the one you would like to archive:
Select the "Archive unit" option from the Actions menu. Confirm your choice:
Note!
You cannot archive the unit if there is at least one active lease. You will need to end all the active leases and try again
Once you have archived a unit, it will be hidden throughout your account, but the unit-related transactions will still be calculated in your reports.
