How can I find a Service Pro?

TenantCloud has partnered with Thumbtack to help you quickly find a local Service Pro.

Once you have created or received a maintenance request, you can search for a Service Pro to complete the work. To do so, open the maintenance request and click Find a Pro in the Need help fixing it? card at the top of the page.

Note! You can search for Thumbtack Service Pros for any maintenance request, regardless of its status or whether it has already been assigned to a Service Pro from your contacts list.

Here, you'll see a list of available Service Pros, including their ratings and starting prices, based on the maintenance request category and ZIP code. You can update the category or ZIP code if needed and search again.

Click the Service Pro you're interested in to open their Thumbtack profile. From there, you can review their information, reviews, and more; request an estimate or a call; or send them a message.

Note! Communication with the Service Pro typically takes place through Thumbtack or directly with the Pro.

Note! Updates made in Thumbtack don't automatically sync with TenantCloud. To keep your records accurate, you'll need to manually update the maintenance request status and details in your TenantCloud account.
