How can I troubleshoot login and access issues?

If you encounter login or access issues on the TenantCloud portal or app, such as error messages or being denied access, follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve the problem:

  • Clear cache and cookies:

    • For browsers: Clear your browser’s cache and cookies to remove outdated or corrupted data.

    • For the app: Clear the app cache if you are using the mobile version.

  • Refresh or restart: -

    • Refresh the login page to reset the session.

    • Restart the app if you are using the mobile version.

  • Try a different browser or device: Switch to a different browser or device to rule out environment-specific issues.

  • Disable VPN or proxy: Temporarily disable any VPN or proxy services, as they can trigger security checks.

  • Check your credentials: Log in manually by typing your email address and password instead of using autofill. Ensure your login credentials are entered correctly.

  • For mobile app users: Ensure you have the latest version, update it if not.
