TenantCloud partnered with Steadily to offer you landlord insurance that can protect you and your rental property when the unexpected happens. Whether you have one unit or ten, Steadily helps landlords get top-rated insurance fast.
Note! Insurance service is only available for the US properties.
In order to request a quote, go to the Property tab from the Portfolio left-side menu section. Then, open the needed property and press the "Get Covered" button on any tab.
You can also access the Get Covered option from the Recently Viewed widget on your Dashboard.
You will see a pop-up window open where you will need to enter property details to receive an accurate insurance quote. Carefully review any auto-filled information and make sure all required fields are completed before proceeding.
Note! For multi-family properties, you will see the banner at the property level and will need to indicate the number of units and addresses in the Steadily form.
Click Continue to proceed with entering the remaining details.
Finally, when all the needed information is filled in, click on the "Get quote" and wait a bit for the quote to form. A confirmation message will appear once your request has been successfully submitted.
You will receive an email with further information and an invitation to schedule a call. During the call, the quote and other details are discussed and agreed upon.
Once successfully purchased, you can attach the insurance documents to the property attachments or add them to the Insurance section of the Financial tab in TenantCloud. The following links might be useful:
