To find the invoices a deposit was applied to, you can use either the Transactions page or navigate directly through Contacts.
Transactions Page
To use this method, go to Accounting β Transactions and apply the necessary filters: select the Client, and use the Category & Sub-category filters to narrow down your list.
If you are using the New Navigation layout, open the Revenues page from the Financials left-side menu to get to the Invoices tab.

Next, click on the Deposit invoice and scroll to the Payments & Activity section. Here, you will see all records of the applied funds. You can also click the Invoice ID to open the specific invoice the deposit was applied to.
Contacts
To find the deposit applied, open the needed tenant contact profile and switch to the Transactions tab. Locate the deposit invoice and click on it:
Here you can also see the Payments & Activity section as well as the applied amounts and linked invoices.
If you are using the New Navigation layout, Tenant contacts can be found in Property Operations left-side menu -> Renters.
