Cloudia is an AI-powered tool that helps you quickly generate engaging and professional property listing descriptions. It works by using the information you've already provided such as property type, location, number of rooms, amenities, photos and key features to either create a new description from scratch or enhance an existing one.
To use Cloudia, open the Listings & Applications page from the Property Operations left-side menu to get to the Listings page.
Here, click the “List unit +“ option on the particular listing or “+ Add listing“ in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
When you reach the Marketing description step of the Property Information section, click the “Try Cloudia” button.
Click “Generate” to create a brand-new description based on your listing details, or choose “Improve” to enhance an existing description you've already written.
You can customize the tone of voice by choosing from Professional, Neutral (default), or Creative.
You can also adjust the length of the description: choose from Short, Medium (default), or Long.
If you're not satisfied with the result, click “Retry” to generate a new version, or click “Done” to proceed with the listing.
If needed, you can edit the description at any time from the listing page.
