Can I find a Service Pro within the system if I have already assigned a Service Pro from my contacts list?

Landlords always have the option to change an assignee to a maintenance request. If you’ve already assigned a Service Pro from your Contacts to a certain request, follow these steps to assign a different professional.

Click on the Re-Assign button and remove the current assignee. Confirm by clicking on the Change button.


Click the “Request a quote” button in the Find Local Professionals, Handymen, and Services section.


You can post a bid to find a new Service Pro for a maintenance request only when the request is set at “new” status.
