Once you create a maintenance request or your tenant submits it, you can assign a Service Pro right on a request preview page. Simply press on Add Assignee, in the “Assignee Information” section and select the needed Service Pro from the list. They will receive an email notification once it is shared:
Please note! If a Service Professional is connected to you, the request will be sent and posted to the Service Pro dashboard automatically. If you are not connected yet, you will want to manually enable the toggle button “Share and post this request to Service Pro dashboard”. Otherwise, it won’t be shared with your Service Professional.
You can also assign maintenance requests to your Service Pro using the bulk action feature on the Requests page. Simply select the requests you'd like to assign, click the "+ Assign" option, and choose the appropriate Service Pro from the list.
You can also set the Automatic Assigning for maintenance requests to make this process more convenient for you. There will be no need to assign a Service Pro every time you create a new maintenance request, the system will do it automatically for you.
