How do I connect with my Service Pro?

To assign and share maintenance requests, send messages, and exchange files within the system, you need to connect with a Service Professional. To do that, go to "Contacts" and switch to the "Service Pro" tab.

If you are using the New Navigation layout, open the Maintenance page from the Property Services left-side menu and switch to the Service Pros tab.

Next, select "Send Connection" from the three dots menu of the needed professional profile:

Alternatively, you can click the "View profile" button for the necessary account, press the "Actions" button in the top right corner and select "Send Connection" there:

Finally, be sure to check if the email address is entered properly and click "Send Request":
