In order to filter your ServicePros, go to the “Contacts” page from the left-side menu of your dashboard. Select the "Professionals" tab from the "Contacts" drop-down.
If you are using the New Navigation layout, open the Maintenance page from the Property Services left-side menu and switch to the Service Pros tab.
The contacts are shown in grid view mode by default. You may also switch to list view mode if you like.
Using the "Search" box you can search for professionals by:
first name
last name
company name
email
The "Filter" option provides a more advanced way of searching for Service Pros. You can filter Service Professionals by:
Service Pro type (active, archived)
Category (subcategory)
Connection (connected, not connected)
Sort type (A-Z, Z-A)
To filter your Service Pros simply click on the needed filter, set your preferred filter options, and click the “Apply” button:
If you would like to save filters you have chosen previously and see them each time you open the page, press the “Save filters” option:
To reset the filter and return to the default list with all Service Pros, clear the filters by clicking the “Clear all” option:
