How do I remove the connection with Service Pro?

Learn how you can remove a connection with a service pro

In order to remove a connection with a Service Pro, open the Maintenance page from the Property Services left-side menu and switch to the Service Pros tab. Click "View profile" for the required Service Pro:

Select "Remove Connection" from the three-dot menu in the top right corner of the screen and confirm your choice.

Note! All shared items, transactions, requests, etc. will not be available to your service pro. Also, you won't be able to communicate via Messenger:

You can also delete your Service Pro if necessary. Please select "Delete" from the three-dot menu:


Note! This action will remove Service Pro from all assigned maintenance requests and will delete all related transactions.
