To archive a property owner, go to the Contacts > Owners sub-page from your left-side menu. Click "View profile" for the desired owner:
Select "Archive" from the Actions menu and confirm your choice:
To unarchive an owner, switch contacts by selecting Archived in the Owner type filter.
Click the "View profile" link for the desired owner. Select "Unarchive" from the Actions menu:
