During the process of setting up connections with your tenants in the system, there could be situations when you need to resend a new connection request.
To resend a request, open the Renters page from the Property Operations section of the left-side menu and switch to the Renters tab. Open your tenant's profile by using the "View profile" button.
Select the“Resend Connection“ option from the Action dots menu:
The “Resend Connection“ option will be available 24 hours after the initial request has been sent.
However, you may have scenarios when you would like to resend the connection request without waiting for the next 24 hours. The possible solution is to remove the current request and then submit a new request.
