How do I remove a tenant?

To remove a tenant, go to the Renters page from the Property Operations left-side menu and switch to the Renters tab. Select the “Delete” option from the three-dots menu on the required tenant’s card.

Or you can click “View profile” on the required tenant, open it, select “Delete” from the Actions menu and confirm your choice.


Once you delete a tenant as a contact, this action removes the lease information, recurring invoicing schedule, lease attachments, applications, and all the related transactions from your account. Unfortunately, this information cannot be restored.
