State-specific forms are legal or administrative documents tailored to a particular state's laws, regulations, and requirements. These forms are necessary as each U.S. state has its own set of laws and regulations that differ from other federal and state laws. Our state-specific forms are written and regulated by lawyers and cannot be edited.
You can check which plans include state-specific forms here, purchase a package of forms per state for $149 or buy one document for $39.
To purchase state-specific forms, open the Documents page from the Property Services menu - the Landlord Forms tab will be displayed by default.
Here you can preview forms to check the content:
Please note! You’ll only be able to view the first page of each document. Print/Preview options are greyed out and cannot be selected before purchase.
If you want to buy one state-specific document for $39, click on the shopping cart icon next to the needed document:
If you want to purchase a state bundle, click on the “Buy bundle by state for $149“ option:
You’ll see a list of all forms and Terms of Service. Click on the checkbox to agree to the terms, and then click the “Checkout” button.
Check the payment method and change it if you'd like, and click the “Pay“ button.
Now you have access to all state-specific forms. You can now use the template or print/preview each form.
