To view your templates, go to the Documents page, and My templates sub-page from the left-side menu:
If you are using the New Navigation layout, open the Documents page from the Property Services menu and switch to the My Templates tab.
On the “My Templates“ tab, you can see all the templates you have created. To view the notice template, click on it:
In order to send templates while viewing tenants' notices, click on the “Use template“ button in the upper right corner. Select the property, the lease, and the tenant to proceed with a template:
To preview or print a template for use as a hard copy, click on the “Preview“ button from the Actions menu:
Using the "Search" option at the top of the screen will allow you to search for the desired notice template:
We also provide Landlord Notice Forms which you can check on the “Landlord Forms“ tab:
