You wouldn't need to carry around a physical storage device or use the same computer to save and retrieve your information. Under the Documents section of your left-side menu, there is a "File Manager" tab where you'll find the information that should give you a fair estimate of how much storage space you've used and how much is remaining:
To create more storage, you can remove some of your items or upgrade your plan to increase your file storage limit. The bulk option will help you speed up the process:
