To void the transaction, open Transaction or open the Revenues/Expenses page from the Financials menu to get to the Invoices tab.
Click on the three-dot actions menu next to the invoice. Select "Void" from the options, type the reason, and confirm your choice. Voided invoices are marked as "Void" in the Financials menu:
You can also void multiple invoices at once. For that, tick the checkbox next to the invoices, select the “Waive/Void” option from the floating toolbar, and confirm the action.
As an alternative, you can void the invoice while you are directly in it. Once you open the invoice, go to the Actions menu, then select “Void”, type the void reason, and press "Confirm":
Note! Voiding a transaction does not delete the transaction. It simply hides it from the totals calculated on reports. Voided transactions are still visible to your tenants, owners, or service pros if they are connected with you and the invoice is shared.
