How do I delete my account?

We are really sorry you want to delete your account but if you are sure you want to leave us, please click on your profile picture, select the Settings option:

Click "Profile" from the "Account Settings" section:

Then scroll down a bit and click on the "Delete account" button:

If you agree to lose the information and access provided by your account, click on “Cancel and lose access” to proceed:

On the second step, select why you decided to stop using our system and provide your feedback, as we would like to know where we need to improve. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Click “Continue”:

Confirm your account closure by entering your account password and a confirmation phrase (type “delete my account”), agreeing to the terms, and pressing “Delete account“ to confirm the action.

Note! If you signed up using a social media account, you will only be asked to type in the confirmation phrase.

Note! You will be able to remove your account after 90 days from the last time you transferred the funds or made an online payment.
