In order to crop your account profile photo/logo, click on your profile photo and go to "Settings". Then select "Profile" from the “Account settings“ section.
Click on the pencil icon near the photo and then select the "Crop" option from the drop-down.
Complete the process of cropping a photo and do not forget to click on the "Crop" button to save your changes and upload the image:
