Partnership with Tenant Turner

We recently teamed up with lead scheduling software Tenant Turner to save you even more time. Tenant Turner provides instant responses to tenant-lead emails and phone calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They automate the pre-qualification process, schedule tours, follow up with potential tenants, and provide powerful reports, making your rental advertising experience smoother and more efficient.

Tenant Turner can help you reduce lead calls by 70% with the self-service phone system or 100% with the optional call center. Tenant Turner's added functionality is especially helpful for property managers and DIY landlords, with the added support of lockboxes for in-person viewings. In addition, landlords and Property Managers can send one-time lockbox codes to potential leads and vendors for access to the property.


How does it work?

When listing a property on the “Syndication options“ step, you can select a Tenant Turner option for $30. This option is available for those who do not have a contract with Tenant Turner. Additionally, you can enable lead management services if you have a Tenant Turner account.

This syndication + lead scheduling and rental automation is FREE for those landlords who have a Tenant Turner subscription.


Tenant Turner Integration Overview

Automatic Activation

The integration with Tenant Turner is activated automatically when a listing is syndicated to their platform.

Unique Contact Info for Lead Management

  • Once activated, landlords can view the unique Tenant Turner–assigned email and phone number in the Integrations tab under Account Settings.

  • If the landlord’s account includes Lead Management, these unique contact details will be used for the syndicated listings. This ensures that all inquiries (calls and emails) go directly to Tenant Turner for handling.

  • If using listing syndication only, the original listing contact information (email/phone) will remain unchanged.

Important Note on Integration Conflicts

  • Only one lease automation integration (Tenant Turner or ShowMojo) can be active at a time.

  • Enabling ShowMojo will automatically deactivate Tenant Turner on all active listings.


Lead Pre-Qualification & Showings

Tenant Turner enables pre-qualification of leads before scheduling. Features include:

  • Customizable Screening Questions, including “Knock-Out” questions that disqualify unqualified leads.

  • Qualified leads receive a text with a scheduling link.

  • Choose to offer:

    • Self-Access Viewings

    • In-Person Showings

    • Both options, allowing leads to choose their preference.


Self-Access Viewings (Lockbox Integration)

  • Lockboxes can be manual or electronic; Tenant Turner supports both.

  • Don’t have a lockbox? Tenant Turner offers options for purchase.

  • Once a lockbox is assigned to a property:

    • Tenant Turner runs third-party audit checks (name, email, IP address) to reduce fraud.

    • Leads receive text/email reminders to confirm the showing.

    • On arrival, the lead texts the lockbox serial number to Tenant Turner and receives a one-time access code, valid for 90 minutes.


Post-Showing Experience

  • After the showing, leads are prompted to:

    • Submit rental applications via TenantCloud.

    • Provide tour feedback—this is included in the Owner’s Report.
