To maximize your property's exposure, we syndicate your rental listing to our network of popular real estate websites, such as Zillow and Apartments.com. To take advantage of this feature, please ensure your account is verified. Without verification, your listing will only appear on our platform and not on the additional listing sites.
Note! Syndication to third-party sites is available only for properties located in the US.
Open the Listings & Applications page from the Property Operations left-side menu and click the “List unit +“ option on the particular listing or “+ Add listing“ in the upper right-hand corner of the page:
Select the needed property and complete all the steps. Then, choose where to post your listing in the Syndication options section. Once submitted, all listings will be automatically posted to your free Listing website. Additionally, you may select the Free site or Premium syndication options.
The Free site syndication includes sites like TenantCloud, Rentler, Realtor.com, Apartments.com (up to 4 units per property), allowing you to promote your listings to a wider audience. This option is ideal for users who are seeking basic marketing exposure without additional costs.
The Premium syndication is a $30 option that allows you to get up to 50% more leads with the expanded network of sites, including websites like Zillow, Rent.com, Redfin, ApartmentGuide and Zumper, Trulia, Hotpads. This syndication option remains valid for 30 days and provides broader visibility for your properties.
The following unit types cannot be posted to the listing websites:
Commercial
Mobile home
Parking space
Room
Storage
Villa
Suite
Only the Monthly rent schedule is available when posting properties to the listing websites.
Your first listing expires 30 days after the initial activation of your listing, or when you deactivate it. You can prevent your first listing from expiring by reactivating your first listing, before it expires, for an additional 30-day period. Reactivation of your first listing after it expires will require payment. Every rental listing after your first listing expires when you deactivate it.
If you have 25 or more listings, please reach out to Zillow Group Rentals via rentalfeedinquiries@zillowgroup.com and they can assist you with questions regarding publishing your listing data. Please note that free syndication to Zillow is available only for users managing fewer than 25 units.
It can take up to two hours for a listing to appear on Zillow. The wait time for other sites is from 24 to 48 hours. Each listing goes through a verification process to confirm its location and content. If the information is incomplete or inaccurate (e.g. partial address), your listing may not be processed.
After submitting a listing, it is only active for 30 days. After the 30-day period, it will be automatically un-listed in order to guarantee the listing accuracy.
With the Business subscription plan, we can provide you with the "Listings auto-refresh" option. The auto-refresh will keep re-listing an active unit for another 30 days until you unlist them manually. Please contact our Sales Team to get more details about it.
Note! Syndicated listings may be subject to the display rules and requirements of third-party platforms. When you list a property on TenantCloud and choose to hide your contact information, this setting applies only to your TenantCloud listing. However, once your listing is syndicated to external sites, those platforms may still display your contact details based on their own policies, regardless of your TenantCloud preferences.
