You can choose the application fee amount when listing a unit or editing a current listing.
Please note! You must have Online Payments set up in order to accept application fees from applicants online. Otherwise, you’ll need to collect the application fee offline only and manually mark it as received for your records.
Open the Listings & Applications page from the Property Operations left-side menu and click "List unit +" on the property you want to list or the “+ Add Listing“ button in the top right corner of the “Listings” page to start from the scratch:
Continue until you reach the "Application Settings" step where you can require an application fee and set the amount that will be charged.
To change the current application fee for a listed unit, open the listing and press “Edit” on the application settings section:
Here, you can update the application fee settings and the amount for this specific listing. Don’t forget to click the "Save" button for the changes to be applied:
