What does the Full Check report look like?

Updated this week

TenantCloud provides a Full Check screening package ($40) powered by TransUnion and Asurint.

A Full Check is a process a person or company uses to verify that an individual is who they claim to be, and provides an opportunity for someone to check a person’s criminal record, education, employment history, and other activities that happened in the past in order to confirm their validity. It shows the record of the borrower's credit history from a variety of sources, including banks, credit card companies, collection agencies, and governments.

Full Check is the most comprehensive report and includes a Background Check, Credit Check, and an Eviction-related proceedings report. A Full Check report includes the following:

  • National Criminal Search;

  • Instant State Data;

  • National Sex Offender Data;

  • OFAC/ Most Wanted Searches;

  • SSN Verification/ Address History;

  • Bankruptcies Search;

  • Full Credit Report with ResidentScore;

  • National Eviction Search.

Full Check is available in two coverage types:

  • Essential - A standard package that includes in-network states/counties with the same-day returns and 55.8% coverage.

  • Premium (for an additional $5) - An expanded package that includes in-network states/counties and up to 2 additional out-of-network state or county searches and 88.9% coverage.

Additionally, you can order an Income & employment verification ($12 add-on) to verify the income information provided by the rental applicant.

Once an applicant has completed their portion of the report and passed the identity verification, the report will be generated and accessible by the landlord and applicant for 30 days.

Screening reports can be requested for US residents only.

Once the report is ready, you will also have the option to print or download a PDF for your records.

Please note! Each screening is only good for use on a single application. It cannot be transferred to applications for other properties or landlords. There are no set-up fees or any hidden costs. The screening fee is non-refundable. If you paid for the report, but the applicant didn't complete their part within the next 3 days, funds won't be charged.
