There are scenarios where you might want to manage lease records without bothering your tenants or messing up your accounting ledger with a recurring rent series.
In this case, you are welcome to set up a lease with "zero" rent by disabling the recurring rent toggle button on the "Lease Transactions" section. Click on the "Edit recurring rent" link and disable the toggle. Then the system will not populate the invoices.
Please note!
You can always edit the lease and add any recurring invoices.
