To add a commercial property, open the Portfolio page from the Property Operations left-side menu to access the Properties tab and press the "+ Add property" button:
Fill in all required fields (property name, address, market rent, etc.) and choose the Multi Unit type. Then select the unit type as Commercial:
Press "Create" to complete the process:
You can also add a commercial unit to the already existing properties. For that, follow the instructions from the link below and for the unit type select "Commercial" as well:
