To add a commercial property, go to "Properties" in the left menu and press the "+ add property" button:
If you are using the New Navigation layout, open the Portfolio page from the Property Operations left-side menu.
Fill in all required fields (property name, address, market rent, etc.) and choose multi-unit type. Then select the unit type as commercial:
Press "Create" to complete the process:
