To remove a unit, open the Portfolio page from the Property Operations left-side menu, switch to the Units tab, find the unit you want to remove and click "View unit" next to it.
Alternatively, go to the Properties tab and choose the property with the unit you want to remove and click "View units". You will be redirected to the Units tab with the filtered lists of units of the selected property.
Then, select "Delete unit" from the Actions menu and confirm your choice:
Note! All leases and related transactions will be removed along with this unit, without an option to restore this information.
