To archive a property, go to the "Portfolio" page, Properties sub-page in the left side menu of your dashboard.
If you are using the New Navigation layout, open the Portfolio page from the Property Operations left-side menu to get to the Properties page.
Press the "view" button for the necessary property's profile:
Next, select the "Archive" option from the three dots menu. Confirm your choice:
Note!
You cannot archive the property if there is at least one active lease. You will need to end all the active leases and try again;
Once you have archived the property, it will be hidden throughout your account, but the property-related transactions will be still calculated in your reports.
