In order to change a property status from vacant to occupied, you will need to move in a tenant to this particular property/unit and make sure the lease is in "Active" status:

Note! If the lease is in "Draft," "Ended," or "Past" statuses, the property will be shown as vacant until you finish the move-in process, or until you, as a landlord/property manager, renew the lease. After the lease has been renewed, the property status will be changed from vacant to occupied on the lease start date.
