How do I switch to a monthly subscription plan if I'm on annual?

If you've already subscribed to an annual plan, you can switch your billing schedule to monthly at any point. When switching from an annual plan to a monthly subscription, a prorated credit is issued for the unused portion of the annual payment. This credit is automatically applied to your future charges, starting with the monthly subscription fees.

In order to change your billing schedule from annual to monthly, please click on your profile picture and select the Settings option. Then choose My Plan from the Subscription section. Here you can review your current subscription plan, primary card details, and billing history information.

Click on the “Switch to monthly” link to change your current annual plan to monthly, then click “Confirm“ to complete the action. You'll immediately be moved to the monthly billing plan:

Credits associated with your account don’t appear on the checkout page. However, they are automatically applied and deducted during payment processing. Even if the full subscription cost appears during checkout, the final charge includes any available credits.

TenantCloud does not provide direct cash refunds for the unused portion of an annual subscription when switching to a monthly plan. Instead, the prorated credit is reserved exclusively for future transactions within the platform.
